#TINTEDJUSTICE
#tintedjustice collective formed out of a desire to contribute creative skills and energy to the local and national struggles against anti-black police and state violence. We drew portraits, made screen prints, buttons, a zine, a 25ft banner, pasted our images as street art, as well as threw numerous events for making protest art and raising money for the movement. Our work focused on the stories of Aiyana Stanley Jones, Brandon Tate Brown, Laporshia Massey, Tata Sanchez, Kim Jones, Natasha McKenna and the Move 9.
